[...] Rugs Made Out Of Shoelaces « Hair Chair Designed by Baron & Baron Converting an Old TV Into a Chair 0 Comments » Here is an interesting idea for all DIY that are here on Freshome. Designed by Phil Garner this clever TV-Chair appeared in the architectural book Freestyle: The New Architecture and Design from Los Angeles in 1986. No idea the origins of this crazy idea, although we’ve got to say it seems like a custom, DIY bit and not a manufactured design. But we just love how it shows us that the cool vintage look of old appliances in our homes don’t have to diessappear completely, even though we mostly favor black and sleek designs now. What do you think about this idea ? Is is cool enough for you ? – Via – Monkeyzen [...]
